Leon Furniture reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time. Changes in these Terms will be effective when posted. You agree to review these Terms & Conditions of use periodically to be aware of any changes. Your continued use of the website after any changes to these Terms & Conditions of use are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes. Leon Furniture is not responsible for typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions of any kind.

You agree that Leon Furniture shall not be liable to you or any third party for any change, modification, termination, suspension or discontinuance on the website. Leon Furniture may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or the entire website without notice or liability.

Product Display

 Leon Furniture will attempt to provide a representation of the products we carry. However, we cannot ensure the accuracy of color, grain or other characteristics of the products. Nor do we make any claims as to the availability of the products displayed. All information concerning products is based on current information at the time of programming.

When you visit the website or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. Pricing

While Leon Furniture works to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Leon Furniture cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Leon Furniture shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, Leon Furniture  may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping or sales tax. Sales tax and delivery charges will be charged on your order as applicable. At any time after your purchase, we can correct mistakes in calculating pricing or arithmetic made in computing your purchase price.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order for a full refund, 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery. No refunds are available and sales cannot be cancelled after merchandise has been delivered. Leon Furniture reserves the right to decline your order for any reason whatsoever, with or without notice, following receipt of your order.

Online & In-Store Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policies

Returns - We allow returns of product within 48 hours  of delivery with a minimum 20% restocking fee. This restocking fee could increase depending on the condition of the product.

Exchanges - We allow an exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product with no restocking fee on re-selections of equal or greater value. There is a 20% restocking fee on re-selections of lesser value.

Special orders - No returns or Refunds, Require 25% non- refundable Deposit

Delivery 

We offer delivery service to you or another person over age 18. Once you have accepted delivery, you cannot return your furniture. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your new furniture or its installation; contact the service center prior to the delivery installers leaving your home. If a service technician needs to be scheduled or new product needs to be ordered we will take immediate action to remedy the situation. During our Next Day Delivery Promotion, we offer local delivery when you purchase in-stock merchandise before 8 PM. This offer is available for online purchases only, subject to product availability. Next day delivery may not be available in all areas.

Customer Pick Up

Merchandise may be picked up at the service center during select hours on scheduled days. Please check with your sales consultant regarding will call hours availability at your local Leon Furniture. Leon Furniture will assist in loading and provide tie-down twine to secure your merchandise to your vehicle. You are solely responsible for securing your merchandise to your vehicle; Leon Furniture is not responsible for any loss or damage to your vehicle. Please inspect all of your new furniture at the time of pick-up. If there are any items that do not meet your approval, inform the manager on duty. Once your furniture has been picked up it cannot be returned. A certified technician at the service center will access all warranty claims for furniture that has been picked up.

Changes of Address 

Please read your sales receipt or email receipt carefully to ensure that your address and other personal information are accurate. You are responsible for any inaccuracies in your address and other personal information. You must make any change of the delivery address or change in the order either in person or by telephone and the change will be binding only if the change is confirmed before delivery. Changes in your address or other personal information may delay delivery, and you may be charged a fee for deliveries made to you at the wrong address on your sales receipt if such address is incorrect.

Additional Purchase Terms

Purchase of the described merchandise at the price stated on the invoice, and receipt of copy of the invoice, are hereby acknowledged. For refunds due to cancellation, checks will be distributed by Leon Furniture if payment is made by check, delivery of title to the merchandise is subject to collection of the check. When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us to either use information from your check to make a one-time electronic funds transfer from your account or to process payment as a check transaction. If this is a charge or finance purchase, customer acknowledges that this sale is pursuant and subject to terms and conditions of the buyer's or cardholder's finance agreement with seller and creditor which are incorporated by this reference. If purchase is financed, you give us and creditor a purchase-money security interest on any goods purchased in this transaction. If payment is by credit card, card member acknowledges receipt of goods and/or services in the amount shown hereon and agrees to perform the obligations set forth by the card member's agreement with the Issuer. Customer consents to Leon Furniture  or its affiliates contacting customer using all channels of communication and for all purposes, including delivery/pickup or promotional and marketing purposes, with the contact information customer has provided. Leon's Furniture use of that information may include text or email messages, automatic telephone dialing systems and/or an artificial or prerecorded voice. Customer further agrees that all disputes relating to or arising out of customer's relationship with Leon Furniture will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with terms contained in Leon's Furniture online Customer Arbitration Program, which may be reviewed at www.leonfurniturestore.com Customer may opt out of that Arbitration Program, or out of the use of customer information for marketing and promotional purposes, by completing the opt-out instructions located at that website address, within 30 days of customer's purchase.

Purchase Terms for Custom Order

CUSTOM ORDER NON-REFUNDABLE DOWN PAYMENT

Leon Furniture’s custom order furniture is manufactured to the unique styling of each individual customer's home. Because they are not items that Leon Furniture  keeps in stock, Leon Furniture requires a 25% non-refundable down payment at the time of purchase. Please allow a minimum of 8 weeks for the manufacturer to create and ship your custom item(s). Once your custom order arrives at our warehouse, Leon Furniture will contact you to arrange delivery or pickup. It is your responsibility to check that the furniture will fit through doorways, up stairwells, down hallways,  around corners and into the desired location prior to placing your order. If Leon Furniture  is unable to deliver the furniture into the desired location, your order will be cancelled, and your purchase will be refunded less the 20% non-refundable down payment. 

Custom orders are placed immediately with our suppliers. Once an order is placed, production cannot be stopped. If you wish to modify or cancel your custom order, you have a 72-hour grace period from the time of purchase to do so at no charge. Any changes or cancellations to a custom order item after 72 hours from the day of purchase will result in the loss of your 25% non-refundable down payment.
